Carrot Cake III
This is a great cake. I made a layer cake out of mine, excellent. I don't generally change ingredients or make substitutions on a recipe until I've made it a few times, but I did reduce the amount of sugar I used in the frosting. Even with the reduction, it is VERY sweet...will use less next time, but that is a matter of taste. Still a great recipe!

Grandma VanDoren's White Bread
This bread was not bad, just not as great as I expected. It tasted good right out of the oven, but all fresh-baked bread does. Toast was also good the next day, but I can't imagine using this bread for sandwiches. Too dense and yeasty.

Unbelievable Rolls
These rolls are great. I made a batch last night, and they are all gone! This is my first attempt at making dinner rolls, and they were a hit with the whole family. I did brush the tops with egg wash, and they came out looking awesome. Also, I was low on AP flour so I used about half & half AP and bread flour. Easy recipe and tastes great, these are going to be on heavy rotation!
