BBQ Feta and Hot Banana Pepper Turkey Burgers
I really wanted to give 4.5 stars if I could. I never used any peppers in a burger before, but the burger came out flavorful and full of freshness. Just not as much as I hoped for. Also, the Feta cheese was excellent, and I felt no need for cheese slices in the burger. Just tomato and red onion slices and low-fat mayo. I used the Foreman grill, and the burger stayed together. I will try more tips from other reviews in the future.

Busy Day Chicken Rice Casserole
I really love this recipe because it's easy to cook and "make your own". I'm just not a fan of the onion soup mix, but my husband thought it that the one time I added the soup mix produced the best chicken rice casserole I ever made.

Maple Sausage Balls
My mom has made sausage balls all my life, but I wanted something different to prepare for my own potluck. This recipe was a delightful twist on a favorite. I cut back the amount of cheese (didn't measure, sorry). When the balls were done, it seemed the 2 cups of mix dried out the balls and overpowered the maple flavor. So, I brushed maple syrup over the balls after the baking was done. That did the trick because there were none left! Next time, I'll cut back the pancake mix like another reviewer suggested.
