Cinnamon Rolls III
Great recipe! I did double the filling just because we like lots of cinnamon-buttery taste. As for the negative reviews, people you can't expect to not follow the recipe and get good results. Try reading the recipe and following the steps before you blame the recipe. Most of the time unles it is a poorly written recipe it is the cook who is to blame. I think you can use different flavors of pudding and still get great results, I have used cheesecake flavor pudding and plan to try butterscotch next.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts
While these are not as airy and light as Krispy Kreme ( I think they may use potato flour in theirs) these are still very good homemade donuts and fun to make with kids. My 5 yr old sonand 15 yr old daughter enjoyed dipping these in chocolate glaze and adding sprinkles on top. I made the dough the night before and it rose in the fridge perfectly. I then rolled out the dough, cut the donuts and let them rise about 30 mins before deep frying them. These tasted good but I give them 5 stars for the fun the kids have making them.

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting
I have made so many cakes I have lost count and this is the ONLY frosting recipe I use, people love it. The heavy cream makes a big difference. I only use Crisco, not half butter...........by using ONLY shortening you will achieve more of a bakery type frosting.
