Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookie
Really great and chewy, ideal recipe if you have some cheap Gramola. Should be eaten with a few days for best results.

Mum Mom used to make this when I was little and it's gone on for years. One day I'll teach my kids how to make them.
