Burrito Pie
I made this last night and made some adjustments. I added cumin, cilantro, and hot pepper flakes to add a little kick to it. I made this in a 13 x 9 baking pan and only needed 8 tortillas. This is definitely a keeper. I'll try it with chicken next time.

Caramel Apple Bars I
I made this last week and it was great. I added a generous amount of cinnamon and I will also add raisins the next time.
