German Potato Cheese Soup
Awesome recipe. The mayo added a little zing to the soup. I would recommend a little hot sauce so spice it up a little further. Try popped popcorn on top instead of crackers!

Pork Chop Casserole II
Not sure if my additions even count as the same recipe but it turned out great. Don't you love it when you start a recipe only to find out that you don't have all of the ingredients? Well, the package of pork chos only resulted in two chops. I used a can of cubed chicken. I cubed the booiled pork so that it would match the chicken. I loved the pork pieces, my son loved the chicken. The topping is a keeper and tastes a lot like Shake & Bake. I will use it on a lot of casseroles.

Potato Cheese Soup
We just had 16 inches of snow today and we thought this soup would be perfect for this cold winter day. It is a great soup, make sure you salt it though. I agree the 1/2 cup of butter was too much. I used 2 Tbsp and 2 tsp of olive oil. I did use a little more cheese than the recipe stated though. Top with poped popcorn for a wonderful winter meal!
