Grilled Potatoes and Onion
Wow, this recipe was great! Like other reviewers, I used it as a jumping off point and added my own twist. I tossed together sliced onion, fresh potatoes from the farmer's market, sliced garlic (big slices mellowed with cooking), herbs (parsley, oregano and lemon tyme all from my garden), salt and pepper and olive oil. The oil kept things from sticking in the foil. The onions turned out sweet from the slow cooking and I was so excited to use herbs from my first garden. Wow... so easy to throw the packets on the top shelf of the grill while everything else cooked. Thanks so much for this great recipe!
