Penne and Vodka Sauce
This was absolutely delicious. I had to modify it as I didn't have the bacon or cream but it still had the most delicious flavor and I'm sure if I had all the ingredients, it would have been out of this world.

Scallops with White Wine Sauce II
I am in absolute love with this sauce and have made it several time times now. I didn't change anything about it, it's perfect just the way it is.

Beer Batter Fish Made Great
I loved the flavor of this batter and so did my 9 year old. I used half the amount of paprika and just under a teaspoon of salt. I followed previous tips of using flour to keep the batter on the fish. My batter was soggy, probably due to a lack of paper bags, I tried using a cooling rack with paper towel underneath instead.
