BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
WOW! Some of the best BBQ I've ever had and I can't believe how easy it was! I used a 4.5 lb pork roast and cooked it on high for 6 hrs. Meat fell apart. Used Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce which is my favorite. Thank you for sharing this AMAZING recipe!

Chicken In Basil Cream
WOW! Absolutely delicious and easy! Few modifications: I used an egg/milk wash before coating with italian bread crumbs. Used butter and EVOO to saute the chicken. I don't like pimentos so instead I used a can of diced tomatoes (very well drained). Added minced garlic to the pan drippings before adding the broth. I made more of the sauce so there would be extra to spoon over the egg noodles. Once the dish was complete, I topped with some shredded mozzarella cheese. I also recommend using thin cut chicken breasts because they cook a lot quicker. I would highly recommend all of these modifications. DIVINE!!

Creamy Blueberry Pie
Absolutely delicious!! My alterations: Added 1 tsp vanilla to sour cream mixture. Used brown sugar (instead of white) for the crumb topping and added some cinnamon to the crumb topping mixture. Served hot with ice cream and whipped cream. Company raved over it! This is definitely a keeper!
