Chocolate Hazelnut Fruit Crepes

I used a little heavy creme with the nutella to "thin" it out, and melted it in a bowl in the microwave first. This is the bomb with bananas!

Sausage-Stuffed Eggplant

Pretty good recipe. I followed almost to the letter. I did however use Spicy italian sausage, and it was TOO spicy. Kinda ruined the dish. Next time I will use Mild.
