Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

I made this for dinner tonight and it was WONDERFUL! The only change I made was to par-boil the chicken and then cook it on the grill. Everything else was per the directions, and we loved it! I will definitely make this over and over for my garlic-loving family!

Harvest Pork Stew

This recipe is very adaptable. I had leftover rotisserie chicken and used that instead of the pork. I also added cauliflower and beet greens that I had on hand. The rest I did as written, and it was wonderful. Even my husband liked it, and he's not big on squash or fruit cooked in main meals. I will definitely make this again!

Carrot Rice

I made this recipe using mixed nuts rather than peanuts, and ginger powder rather than fresh ginger, because that's what I had on hand. I thought it was delicious! Will definitely make again!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

If you want the New York style of cheesecake, this is the recipe for you. I followed the recipe to the "T" and it came out wonderful. I served it with a berry sauce that I made, and it was requested again shortly thereafter or a birthday. I will only use this recipe from now on. Terrific!

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

I made these cookies over the holidays, and they were a big hit. How can you go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter? I did have a little bit of difficulty getting the chocolate to completely cover the peanut butter filling, even after refridgerating, however they still baked up wonderful and were delicious!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These are by far the best "homemade" brownies I've made. All of the other recipes that I've tried are not fudgy enough for our tastes. These are perfect, and I followed the recipe exactly!!

Rhubarb Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Very simple delicious recipe. I didn't have crushed pineapple and substituted a can of fruit cocktail instead. Still turned out great. Even those who "think" they don't like rhubarb will love it!

Pork Noodle Casserole

I made this recipe almost exactly as written with the exception of the pimentos. I didn't have any on hand. My family LOVED it! My husband complained that this recipe didn't make any leftovers....that was the only complaint. Next time I'll double it!
