Asian Beef with Snow Peas

D's Famous Salsa
Delicious! I used fresh tomatoes rather than canned and no chilies because my family does not like anything hot, and it was wonderful!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
I made this for dinner tonight and it was WONDERFUL! The only change I made was to par-boil the chicken and then cook it on the grill. Everything else was per the directions, and we loved it! I will definitely make this over and over for my garlic-loving family!
