Butternut Squash Soup
I made this with what I had on hand - only 4 oz cream cheese. I can't imagine if I had used all of it. You wouldn't be able to taste the squash. All in all, a good soup though.

Broccoli Quiche with Mashed Potato Crust
Interesting variation on a traditional crust. In the future I will probably add some additional spices to the crust.

Buckeyes I
This recipe did not have the intense peanut butter flavor I am used to and was way too sugary. However, freezing them made them much easier to dip without loosing the toothpick. I also added a bit of oil to my chocolate chips to make the dip a bit more liquid.
