My friends and I call these Satan's Snack because they are soooo sinful, but easy to make and good! Great for potlucks and parties!

The best I have ever found, mimics an Italian restaurant....better yet with homemade canned tomatoes and sauce!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Must use golden mushroom, and I throw in whole portabella's at the start, cook on low for 10 hours and at the end, I throw in a block of cream cheese while the noodles are boiling. My PICKY husband could eat this every night and I have started to double the recipe so we have leftovers.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

fabulous. I throw in a mashed banana and decrease the oil to 1/2 c. I use frozen blueberries all the time and it turns out wonderful! Just as good with frozen raspberries. I have tried it with loaf pans, jumbo muffins and mini muffins, but the loaf is still the best way.

Maple Apple Cream Pie

Excellent twist on apple pie--rich but good. Just use a deep dish pie plate, mine was over flowing in a regular one. --Fellow Northern Wisconsiner
