Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I've always been terrified to cook large cuts of meat for fear of them turning out dry, but seriously, I think this recipe is fairly fool proof. And perfect for a mom on the run. I put everything in the pot at 8 a.m. for a low 10 hour cook took, ran off to work and dinner was done when I got home that evening around 6. I seasoned and seared my roast before putting it in the pot and substituted beer for water, oh yeah and I omitted the potatoes because I prefer mash potatoes, but everything turned out awesome!

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta
Due to other reviews, I intended to modify, but I have a fractured arm, so my sister prepared it for me. she ended up following the recipe exactly except for the addition of some fresh basil. the recipe was a hit with the whole family and its the first time my two year old ate, or make that devoured, spinach!

Simple Country Ribs
This was great. Took the fear and time consuming prep work out of making great, family pleasing ribs. I boiled in 1 bottle of BBQ sauce (a great sauce from Trader Joe's) and 1 Budweiser, and otherwise followed the recipe. Turned out great. I'll definitely make this again and maybe even for a party.
