Blueberry Cream Muffins
Had a only slightly healthier version with wholemeal flour and olive oil. The other reviews were right, it needs slightly more sugar, however I don't like my baking to be less sweet so it was good for me. My muffins got really moist really fast, my only complaint would be the top of the muffin was too moist so a little less pretty. Baked an extra 5 minutes on top of the time stated in the recipe.
