Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

really great! will try adding different ingreds next time didn't need anything but just to add different flavors to change it up from time to time. also i think i baked it for a little over an hr. 2 hrs would have been a brick!

very good! 1st time making, i didn't use white whine simply bc i didn't have it i used chicken broth but hey it was great! i recomment watching the time bc the simmer was not 30 minutes!! enjoy!

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

Ok so I made this for a group of 55 ppl yesterday I used the 15 serving size (should have made more but it was just a small side :) anywho I used 1 tub of sour cream and didn't add salt copied the rest of the recipe to the T I just baked it for about an hour b/c it was such a big pan. Everyone loved and raved. Wish I could have had some too! lol

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

If you aren't getting great results when making this, you're doing something wrong. I followed the recipe to the T up until the preserves. I added Strawberry instead of raspberry.(never cared for it much) Anywho, I got 32 good size cookies. And they were soft, moist, and DELIOCIOUS! A great/easy/fun recipe and I'll recommend it to anyone!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

The best! I didn't have chicken bouillon, but i did have chicken stock. so Instead of the water i used that to boil the vegs and ham in. just enought to cover the vegs, then when i made the milk mixter, i used a turkey baster to transfer just enough to make the mixter. other than that i did it all the same and its delicious!!

just pulled them out of the oven. used our cup cake pan snd doubled the recipe. It ended up making 2 1/2 dozen. They are really good i'll let you all know if they are a hit at the party!!

great recipe, i doubled the recipe 2 pkts cream cheese, 2 pkts cres. rolls, one pkt ranch mix. added brocolli, grn pprs, grn onions, tom., shredded carrots, and shredded cheese, it was gone faster than it took to make!

Chicken With Mushrooms

this was an awesome/ easy recipe to try, i mixed a can of cream of mushroom and garlic soup and a cup of milk with the broth and poured over top of the chicken. Its no lie to say my husband ooo'ed and ahhh'ed through every bite.. 10 *'s

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

really good, i used ground turkey instead of beef, added a few more spices, and i boiled the head of cabbage and removed the leaves one at a time. (used the 12 serveing meth.) it made 16 good size/stuffed rolls.... enjoy!!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

yeah I'ma peanut butter fanatic! But this was my first time making peanut butter cookies, and wow! I'm addicted to these, they were really easy to make, the only thing i would do different is the time wasn't right for my oven so watch, they weren't fully done with the 8 mins. but def 5*'s hands down!
