I used dark chocolate cocoa and topped these with cream cheese frosting.

I made these in jumbo muffin tins, and added a little nutmeg for a wonderful flavor.

I left out the chocolate chips and coconut and added 1t cinnamon and a cup of pecans instead. Yum!

I added cheese and bacon bits, as well as lots of pepper to the soup and it was delicious :)
