Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Just one bite and Hubby said "this is company worthy"! Horray, an easy and elegant dish I can prepare the night before a dinner party and just pop in the oven while we enjoy cocktails. I made just one tenderloin and used all the marinade which I cooked and served along with the meat. I think however that next time I will lighten up the dijon just a bit and add just a bit more apple cider which I used because I didn't have the apple juice concentrate.
