Blueberry Buckle
Very nice coffee cake. I doubled recipe to a 9 X 13 pan. My changes: Used Butter instead of shortening and added 1/4 milk (I only had skim). Came out great!

Steak Marinade
Very good on beef. I made beef shish kebabs. Pounded the steak - cut into cubes and marinated it overnight. They came out really great. I also did seperate shrimp ones - just ok. Definitely for beef only. My company loved it.
