Dutch Cookies
It took forever for the chocolate to melt on cookies. I ended up putting them in the refridgerator. spreading the chocolate chips on the cookies was another battle. I melted chocolate separately and then spread it on cookies. Not bad tasting and I can see where kids would enjoy putting on the chocolate & sprinkles. Look very festive.

Whipped Shortbread Cookies
Excellent cookie! I found it easier and looks much nicer if you roll into balls and then flatten slightly before putting on cherry. comes out nice an round

Molasses Cookies
The mix is easy but must refridgerate for an hour. so make up and refridgerate then make another type of cookie while waiting. A little sweet but very tasty.
