French Toast Fingers
Yummy! My daughter and I thought this was the bee's knees! We grated a little chocolate on top for added delight!

Curried Apple and Leek Soup
Absolutely wonderful. The store had no leeks and so, despite being Welsh, I used broccoli and it was splendid.
