I am a Freshman in college in TN. I like all kinds of cooking and am really trying to broaden my horizons with the different styles. I love baking. It's really what I've done the longest. I'm just really trying to get my feet wet with just regular cooking. We are a really Southern family with somewhat picky tastes. But we are consistent with what we like. Baking wise, we love chocolate cakes!!! First time baking, I put a two-layer cake into a single pan to bake and it spilled over. To make matters worse, when I tried to get it out, I dropped it and it went all over the kitchen floor.
