Baked Soy Lemon Chops
These had a very nice flavor. I did not have the saltiness problem others had, probably because I always use the low-sodium soy sauce. I look forward to having these leftovers for lunch today.

Apple Pork Chops
MMM! These were good! Very juicy and tasty. The apples were a bit mushy, but still tasted good. I might cut the water down, though, as it seemed to be too much. I made the recipe just as written (important to do if you're going to review it!) and definitely would make them again.

Gooey Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Cookies
Good concept, strange execution. I was a little thrown by the low oven temperature and extra-long baking time. I couldn't give it any more stars than I did because the orange extract gives it a strange flavor. Maybe it would work better with vanilla extract.
