Creamy Potato and Leek Soup
Very good! Did need to thin it out a little as it was like mashed potatoes, but great flavor.

Mushroom Pork Chops
Took the advice of others and added 1/2 cup milk & 1/2 cup white wine, onions & garlic. Followed cooking directions, but chops weren't delicious or tender, and extra liquid made the gravy too watery. Disappointed.

Kim's Ultimate Meatloaf
I made this exactly as listed except I used ground beef instead of lamb. I must say I was disappointed. I have to agree with others that the water should have been omitted. Even then, though, I'm not sure this would have been a keeper. It just didn't have that zing or tongue "WOW" factor.
