I am 28 years old, married, and working towards my nursing degree. Anything and everything, but I have a special chicken enchilada recipe that is absolutely sinful. The recipe is my own. Yorkshire Pudding at thanksgiving. My chicken enchiladas and my manicotti. I am now not so much of a deadful baker. I have mastered the genoise (pineapple upside down cake.) Most recently, my cooking challenge was chicken and dumpling from scratch. My dough came out terrible. I think that I will stick to canned biscuits.
