Cheese Enchiladas
I thought these were okay, but not outstanding. The sauce seemed too thick.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I
I've made this recipe several times now and it is always great. I use the following changes from other reviewers: add an extra can of soup, sub 3/4 cup milk for the mayo, make the stuffing ahead of time, and mix everything all together adding some extra cheese to the top.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas
I substituted a can of green chilis for the bell pepper. I also left out the corn. This was very good. We will make again.
