I'll definitely use the whole 8 oz cream cheese next time, but they were great!

Company Carrots
I made these and people liked them, but no one raved about them. Next time I think I will cover the carrots in the oven so they steam a little, there was still water in the pan, so I think the problem was it evaporating into now where, not into the carrots.
