Baked Spaghetti III

There wasn't enough sauce- I'd have to double or even triple the recipe amounts. We've been eating leftovers with canned sauce heaped on it. Also, the thyme in the recipe gave it a strange taste.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

The ketchup burnt and filled my kitchen with smoke. I had to peel it off in the middle of cooking. Also, this didn't take 1 hour too cook; it took 2! It kept my family hungry and threw off timing of my side dishes because I assumed the 1 hour time was correct. Also, it tastes like sausage, not turkey meatloaf. I know I'm in the minority here, but it just wasn't worth the burning, smoke and rediculous wait time.

Black Bean Turkey Chili

Good recipe, but this is more like a casserole than a chili. There is too much meat and not enough beans and veggies. Also, I left in all the tomato juice and there STILL wasn't anything to "boil for 30 min." Is there a mistake in the recipe? Overall, I'd make it again, but use half the meat, twice the beans, and add a LOT of water.

Next time, I will halve the preparation--I have so much leftovers! This is a great tasting, healthy, unique tasting, FILLING treat. Would also be good on toasted bread, and I've also been putting it on baked potatoes. YUM!

Grandma's Stuffing

This stuffing was satisfactory. After peeling/chopping all the potatoes, boiling them, and all the additional steps, it took me over an hour to make. The summer savory spice was GREAT--I add it to everything now! If you are going to cook this on the side, make sure you cook it as long as the meat. I think next time, I'll cut down on the onions and use meat stock instead of butter.
