Hot and Spicy Tofu

I doubled the sauce and it was still not quite enough. It did have a great flavor, but I didn't find the tofu really absorbed enough of it. I'll just have to experiment - maybe marinating it? Thanks a lot for sharing the recipe!

Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup

Excellent flavor. It was worth the extra work. I added more cayenne than was called for and also I didn't end up needing the flour thickening at the end - it was just fine as it was. Thanks for sharing - wonderful flavors!

Fisherman's Quick Fish

Excellent! Loved it for a change. Not quite as healthy but it makes a nice change. I spiced the fish first with Chilpotle and Cayenne and then followed the recipe (used only 1/8 cup of Italian Dressing to marinate. Delish!

Kiwi Fruit Salsa

I won't be making this again. Way too much balsamic vinegar and the combination with onions was too wierd for me. It definitely can't be eaten on its own. My husband had a little bit with his meat and didn't mind the strong flavor when mixed, so maybe that's the way to use it up.

Black-Eyed Pea Salad

Nice flavors. Next time I think I would try making the Black Eyed Peas instead of using them from a can. I suspect they would have a nicer texture. Thanks for sharing

Best of Everything Veggie Burgers

Amazing Recipe. I added 2 hot red peppers when chopping vegetables and a little more spice in the eggs, and it took 1 cup of bread crumbs to get a good consistency, but these were absolutely yummy. Still a bit crumbly but it didn't matter at all. I served them with a sauce made of low fat sour cream and hot curry spice mixed together. Thanks for this fantastic recipe!!!

Great recipe - I doubled the sauce. Next time i would add a little extra sweet and cut the soy sauce a bit because it was a bit overpowering, but it was delicious!

Total bomb with my guests - they didn't like the combination of ingredients. I actually thought it was pretty good, but you definitely have to make just enough to eat and serve it fresh or it gets soggy.

Black Bean And Corn Salad I

Very tasty - my only complaint would be to use a pre-made salad dressing, so I used the Spiced Balsamic Vinagrette recipe on this site which is also excellent. Perfect combo.

Southwestern Lamb Chops

Excellent recipe and very flavorful. Made as described. For those who don't like much spice, cut down on the jalepeno peppers. I was surprised because the sauce was very hot on its own, but didn't taste so hot (spicy) on the lamb. Very different and we totally enjoyed it!

Classic Macaroni Salad

Made exactly as described with the exception that I didn't use the pimento so I added a little smoked Paprika powder instead. I also used no fat mayonnaise and it made no difference at all. Very nice!
