Beer Bread I
This came out great! I put about 1 1/2 Tbsp of melted butter on top before cooking (and let the batte rise about 20 min before putting into the oven). My husband loves this - he just had 3 pieces tonight!

Crab Quiche I
Very good. I added some salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Next time though I think I will add at least one more egg. My pie dish didn't seem "full" so I think this will solve the problem.
