Salsa Chicken
This is by far the easiest and tastiest recipe I've ever made. I've shared the recipe with friends and family and they all rave about it. The only thing I do in addition is have soft tortillas to roll it up. Add a side of mexican rice or southwestern corn-- perfect easy delicious meal!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
So quick and so easy! I will be adding this to the rotation a lot! I breaced the rolled chicken as well instead of just sprinkling on the bread crumbs. I also used others' suggestions and added a little butter on top before cooking. It came out perfect and tasted like I fussed!
