Banana Crumb Muffins
These are delicious as written, but next time I think I might add some vanilla to the batter. It lacked a little *something* for my taste, and I think that might be it. Overall, a delightful little muffin. They come out of the oven looking like they belong in a magazine - thanks for the great recipe!
*UPDATE* Second time I made them I added a tsp of vanilla to the batter and an extra banana. Even better this way!
