To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo
I think this was awesome. It was easy and quick to make, and only needed a minimal amount of ingredients. I made this for company last night and they asked for the recipe. I did double the sauce recipe because I like a lot of sauce of my pasta. I also took some suggestions from others and added nutmeg (a neat little trick). Served with grilled chicken and some steamed broccoli. My only little sad part was that it didn't reheat well today. The butter separated and it became kind of lumpy. It still tasted great but didn't look pretty. LOVED IT. TRY IT

Baked Pork Chops I
My husband liked this dish. I only baked 30 minutes adding the soup mixture halfway through. I found that the chops were cooked well enough at only 30 minutes. I served with mashed potatoes and used the extra sauce as a gravy. Yes, there were a lot of dishes and that was the worst part but I will make this one again.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
Pretty darn good. I used to work in an Italian restaurant and was basing my expectations on authentic Italian Alfredo sauce. This came very close. I took advice from others and sauted chicken in butter and olive oil. I also used cream of mushroom with garlic. I doubled the recipe so there were leftovers. This was so easy to make that I will definitely be making it again.
