Meat Loaf Pie
I have made this a few times. We enjoy it, and it I like it because it is easy. The first time I made it, I followed the recipe. The second time I made it, I forgot the egg, and couldn't tell the difference. So now I leave it out. I do add a little more ketchup & worcestershire than called for. I also use frozen corn, and the last couple of times I have added a drained can of green beans.

Baked Ziti III
This was excellent! I only made a couple of changes per other reviews. I added a can of drained Italian style diced tomatoes to the sauce mixture & left out the basil. I only used about a cup of sour cream. I mixed half a cup with the pasta on the bottom of the dish, along with a couple of spoonfuls of sauce. (I made it the night before so I didn't want it to be dry.) I used one can of Prego sausage flavored sauce & one can of Prego meat flavored sauce.

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler
This is great! The only changes I made were to use a 1 lb bag of frozen blueberries (thawed for 30 minutes) & add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the orange juice before mixing with the berries. I served it warm with vanilla ice cream. I have also made it with only strawberries, and it was great too!
