California Roll Salad
This was a great and easy salad! Finally, I can enjoy CA rolls without the work! I used way more rice than it called for: about 2 cups sushi rice. I will also cut back on the sugar a smidge next time. Other than that I will be making this a lot! Thanks!

Michelle's Coconut Chicken Curry
This was good, and I will make it again, but I had too much sugar! I would cut that back next time and add way more curry paste.
