Grilled Vegetables in Balsamic Tomato Sauce with CousCous
This recipe was only ok. I agree with the review that the veggies were overdone so the texture was mushy and the sauce was nothing special. Next time I'll try adding garlic and other spices for at least some kind of kick, as well as barely cooking the veggies so they retain their natural crispness.

Real Hummus
this is a great, easy, healthy snack! I don't even worry so much now about measuring exactly but just getting the proportions approximate, and it turns out yummy everytime. chick peas, garlic, lemon juice and tahini, what a great combination! and we eat them with salted tortilla chips since that's usually what we have on hand.

Dilly Scrambled Eggs
very tasty! both me and my husband agree that this is a super easy and well worth it variation on regular scrambled eggs. I didn't have fresh dill so I used dried but its flavor is what seperates these from the rest. No more regular eggs for us from now on!
