Southern Peach Cobbler

Baked for longer than directed and it was still a little runny. This does taste great though, especially after letting the flavors combine over night. Wonderful heated up!

This was great! We have a hard time eating tomatoes, and had no problem with this recipe. I'll make it over and over again! Very flavorful, and easy!

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

I gave this 4 stars because it was simple and had a small amount of ingredients...I put it together with things I already had in the pantry. The dish tasted good, but needed just something extra...not sure what it is. Someone mentioned adding broccoli, which would probably do it. We had broccoli on the side. I would make this again.

Mara's Pork Chops

Pretty good! My hubby and I really enjoyed the flavor this recipe had! The Pork Chops came out nice and tender too! The only draw back with using Tomato Juice is there is a lot of juice waste after cooking. I would make this one again and that's saying a lot for someone who doesn't really like pork chops!

Zucchini Brownies

Great! Would never know there was zucchini in here but it sure does something great for the moisture! These are spectacular! Next time I will cut the frosting mixture in 1/2 and someone else mentioned these are great after they sit overnight. That is so true. After covering and sitting out overnight they were more most and much much more flavorful! Will be adding this to a more often used dessert recipe!

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

The soup was too thin, and I already used less chicken broth. I could only have a little at a time....something about the taste wasn't quite right, It may have been because of the processed cheese. Was fun to try, but won't make it again.

Easy & inexpensive to make. Great served with lime flavored Tortilla chips! I served this in a small crock at a party and gave the recipe out to several people. Great recipe!

Easy Tuna Casserole

I really liked how EASY this was! It tastes great too! I added a can of peas to make it a bit heartier. Also, I wonder if this would be better made with cream of mushroom soup? Great recipe, would recommend for a quick, easy, and tasty meal!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

This tasted good, but for the prep time that goes into it, I will more than likely fall back on a simple chicken enchilada rather than making this one again. The taste wasn't much different from the basic enchiladas I usually make. If you have the time, give this recipe a try, but if you are used to making quick enchiladas, this is probably not the recipe for you.

What a wonderful recipe! I made this with leftover wheat spaghetti pasta that was precooked. It turned out great! My husband liked it, and he's a meat and potatoes kind of guy! I will make this again, without a doubt!

Asparagus, Chicken and Penne Pasta

It's like a gourmet meal at home! I will be making this again and again! If you are looking for a healthier alternative to regular pasta try this with wheat penne pasta. The wheat pasta has a more wholesome taste to it and makes for a healthier pasta dish. This was great!

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

I double batched this and served it straight from the crock pot at a winter party we had. Lots of chili lovers were there and they all loved this recipe! I had toppings of shredded cheese and sour cream available. Very pleasant taste and warms you up in winter. Freezes well. I would highly recommend this recipe!

Chocolate Trifle

I've made this for two parties now, and I have a feeling if I don't for the next, I will have some upset guests. Everyone loved this trifle! No one needs to know how easy it was to put together! The only thing I change is that I double batched the brownies. My trifle bowl might be a bit larger. Great recipe!

Barbeque Beef Casserole

This was great! I actually preparred it in two 2 1/2 Quart casserole dishes and froze 1 for another meal. I also added another 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce. This was a very good meal and will be something I make again!

Al's Sufferin' Succotash

We live in the midwest and have never had succotash before. What a delightful sidedish! This recipe makes many servings, so I froze some for another date. Very tasty...who knew lima beans could be good?
