I love to go to the farmers markets, and get fresh produce. I cook mostly from scratch, not to many boxes here. I make alot of traditional hungarian and polish dishes. Good old comfort food.But like a challange with recipes.I got a smoker this year and have mastered ribs, chicken and fish even smoking in the cold and snow. I taught myself to cook, being my mother & grandmother rarely cooked, I read cookbooks as a pass time.
