I am a wife and mother of three. I love to cook for my family, I just hate the clean up. I like trying new recipes, and finding something my whole family likes. There nothing like getting "tumbs up" all around the table. I really like Mexican food, Italian food is in my blood, so I seem to cook that the best. I like to find easy recipes, that are good too. As a kid I would help with Sunday moring breakfast... I started cooking really young. I really love to hear the praises. I guess every cook does... I like trying something new and my family says how much they like it. I have some picky eaters in my brood, so if everyone likes it...It's a winner and a Triumph!! You never know with me... One day I cook like a professional cheif and the next day I could blow it all!! I guess everybody has good and bad day, even in cooking. But it is a big joke in the house. We all take bets what will happen with each new recipe.
