Scrumptious Strawberry Shortcake

Zucchini Bread IV
I slightly altered the recipe as suggested by others by adding some extra zucchini (about 3/4 cup) and used 1/2 cup of plain yogurt in place of 1/2 cup oil; otherwise I followed the recipe. It was not nearly as good as my old family tried and true recipe. It is not likely that I will use this recipe again.

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls
I have made these rolls several times and every time they are excellent. I will continue to make these on a regular basis. Excellent!!
