Baked Chicken and Zucchini
SO GOOD! I followed the directions exactly and the dish came out delicious. The chicken was nice and moist and the cheesy zucchini and tomatoes were to die for. I will definitely be making this dish again and again.

Laurie's Stuffed Peppers
These were very good. I would just recommend stirring the meat and rice together before putting it into the pepper, and to use yellow or red peppers.I used green peppers and they were too strong.
