Roasted Beets and Sauteed Beet Greens
I'm trying to eat beets more often and this recipe was delicious. I used the leftover beets sliced on our salad the next night.

Creamy Italian Dressing I
Good dressing. I'm trying to make mine most of the time vs. the store bought types. I'm liking my salads better now.

Best Butternut Squash Soup Ever
The flavor was wonderful although I added a pinch of nutmeg too. Would like it a little thicker so, add less broth? Add a whole squash? Add a little cream? I'll play arond with this one.
