I love cooking as a creative outlet. I enjoy the look on peoples' faces when they taste something that's really good. Mostly simple things, because I don't have as much time as I wish to spend cooking. Roasts, and crockpot cooking are my favorites for now. Quick breads for Christmas, my famous family stuffing for Thanksgiving and ham for New Year's. I make the best cheesecake ever. Even better than the deli's in NYC. I can't make a decent prime rib roast to save my life. It's never rare enough.
