Mushroom Pork Chops
One dish wonder--preheated my stoneware baking dish in the oven. When I added the not-quite-thawed chops, they quickly browned on one side. Added garlic salt and pepper, flipped them over. Tossed on the sliced mushrooms and onions and topped with the mushroom soup (added 1/4 c. sour cream for extra richness along with 2 minced garlic cloves) and baked til bubbly and tender. Yippee for leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
