Really liked this recipe. Either as is or changing it up a little...it works! I don't really care for the carrots or celery in it but I love yellow, green and red peppers. So any way that you like it, it's easy!

My boyfriend would probably give these at least 4 stars, he seemed to love them. I thought they were good, but not great. They were not as light as I would hope for them to be. I took others advice and instead of just oil, I cut oil in 1/2 and used milk for the other 1/2. Might try again.
