Hot Italian Giardiniera
Excellent. It was gone in two days. Serrano peppers next time for more spice. I just threw everything into the food processor so in the end it was not as time consuming as expected.

Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff
As written it's a three - decent but bland and a bit sweet. Adding balsamic, garlic, and Worcestershire fixed it. Lots of pepper. Oh, and browning the flour a bit along with the mushrooms, Roux style.

Chicken Lo Mein
Not restaurant lo mein, but comes together almost effortlessly and is worth keeping as the ingredients called for are usually on-hand.
