Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
1st time making risotto and it came out perfect and yummy! The key to cooking it is having the broth WARM as you add to the pan, so it doesn't lower the temp of the rice each time and waiting until the liquid is fully absorbed before adding more. Fantastic and totally worth the stirring time.

Crab Rangoon III
As written these were good, not great. For our tastes I added chopped green onions, omitted the water chesnuts and added a tiny bit more sugar. Rave reviews from guests with the changes!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I
I added more catsup and less soy sauce. Turned out perfect! thanks for a keeper.
