Gluten-free Peanut Butter Cookies
These were fantastic! Next time I will reduce chocolate chips to one cup as to not over power the peanut butter! Gluten free isn't so bad sometimes.

Easy Candy Yams
Fantastic! I used canned yams and mashed them and also added toatsed pecans. They were perfection!!!

VERY SALTY!!! I would use less salt next time and all almond extract no vanilla.
