Blueberry Gelatin Salad
I'm not a plain jello fan, but this was delicious. The pie filling gives it a different texture and taste from plain old jello and the topping is great. Also, very easy and quick to throw together.

Beef Burgundy III
This recipe was pretty good. I think it needed a little more flavor from something. It was easy though and ingredients were simple.

Chicken Enchiladas II
Very good recipe. I like the change from the usual tomato based sauce. I used fat free cream of mushroom, light sour cream, and reduced fat cheese and they still tasted great.
